Funeral of the 4G iPod

I was in class today, about to listen to a podcast, when my iPod crashed. It had done this a lot, so i wasn't that worried. So i turn it on again, and it takes a long time to load. I get really worried. Then i get the dreaded sad iPod face:'(. Looks like i need to send it into apple.
